Colman's is best but if I can't find it then S&B works. Different mustards depending on purpose. Maille from France is also really good.

Ground mustard. Why? No added salt, or other ingrediants. It's already ground.

I dont use mustard enough to have a favorite brand.

I just use Salad Mustard for most things if I am using Mustard for something.

The Last thing I made that had mustard was Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce that we had with fried chicken fingers.

Mayo mixed with honey and mustard.

Other then that I dont use mustard for anything, maybe I put it on a sandwich or a burger. Then I like Salad Mustard.

Or maybe I put it in Potato or Pasta Salad. Then its also good to use Salad Mustard.

I dont have any favorite Brand of Salad Mustard. They are all the Same.

Stoneground mustards are ok. I dont hate them. But I dont use them for anything.

Maybe sometimes on a rare occasion I will use some for a Turkey Sandwich.

Or on an even more rare occasion I will use stoneground mustard to make a Pasta with cream as a side dish with Pork.

The only other thing I use mustard for is to brush it on the top of a Meatloaf before baking it.

It's great in chili too, especially the Colman's or S&B, it brightens it up. It's best added as a slurry though, if added directly as a powder it could clump up.

I like the little packets of hot chinese mustard that I get with my takeout. I don't even need any hot sauce when I use this stuff, it has a nice lavor plus it's nice and spicy.

Mustard from Poland in general tends to have a good price to quality ratio.

I guess that can apply to most Polish imports though.
