Yes I absolutely love binging. I make up for it by eating sensibly on week days (1000-1500 calories on week days). I work out 5 days a week. My progress could be faster, but this keeps me sane. Usually when I have my drink day I eat far fewer calories, but I haven't had pizza in a long time so fuck it. In 3 months I've lost a tad over 20 pounds. I get by. If I plateau I'll need to evaluate my situation of course.

Chubby. No real muscle.
I gained 20 lbs since summer, and even in my peak "thinness" I still looked skinnyfat and people asked if I'm sick.

Assuming a chocolate and a couple slices of bread don't count as meals, it was fish, yesterday. No drinks.

As for portions, it was plenty.
Lately I've been eating until I feel full, but I also eat healthier.
I'm planning to start cutting down on portions once I establish a proper (as in healthy) diet and fix some other life problems. A couple months I guess.

Yesterday I had two rye bread sandwiches with ham for breakfast, and maybe 1/3 of a bag of salt & vinegar chips throughout the day. Drank maybe 2.5 liters of water in total as well as 8-10 50cl beer cans last night.

I put on like 20 kilos last year just NEETing at home, now I've started uni and moved to another town. I don't know if I want to get /fit/, but it would be nice to go back down to around 80kg, problem is gyms bore me to tears and it's currently a bit to cold and snowy outside to go running, so I just randomly starve myself some days.

I'm not sure what else to do on my own. One of my two full time jobs is maintenance/construction and I'm pretty outdoorsy. I may not be able to eat a lot in one sitting but I eat throughout the day and even browsing through /fit/ and getting on foods specially for gaining weight - I don't seem to gain muscle or fat. It's not that I'm distraught over gaining anything, I'm actually worried about loosing it. I lose weight very easily and my lowest was 105lbs. I'm thinking I'm either too active or I might have some medical condition even though I feel just fine.

Holy shit. Never ever get that slim again, regardless of height. You're a guy; you should not be focusing on slimming down so much. It's unlikely, but it's possible you may even have a tapeworm. It's not attractive nor good for you to be that thin. You should instead focus on having a "healthy" weight. Ideally work on having muscle definition with 7-14% body fat.
