Sous chef. I don't usually get two days off in a row (we don't have a whole shitload of staff) but another cook moved to a different restaurant last month so I wound up working like thirty straight days. I get full 'weekends' this week and next week as thanks from the exec now that we've hired someone to replace the guy. Pretty happy about it, gf and I are going to just chill this weekend and enjoy the snow but we might go on a little trip next week.

Haha not as much as I'd like. Being a cook/chef doesn't pay super great. That said there's more important things, and I'm doing a job I legitimately love doing and that makes me excited to get up and go to work. If you want an actual figure, I'd say I worked probably 420-450 hours in those 20 days and I probably made like seven grand.
