Depends on your butcher and your supermarket.
At least where I live my supermarket offer a pretty limited selection. My butcher can get me pretty much anything, it's higher quality and it's only marginally more expensive. You can also get any amount you want there, whereas at supermarkets you usually can't get less than half a kilo in a packet.
