Why would you do that?Unless the tomatoes are of the very sweet variety adding vinegar will result in increasing the acidity(pH) of the salad and by doing that you will ruin the taste.

If you live in a first world country, farm raised meat killed in an abotoir is pretty safe. I've never heard of anyone getting sick from it.

In my experience, white is correlated to flavour in the same way yellow is, in regards to cheese. I've certainly had mature white cheeses.
