Sure. People don't really like the taste or mouth feel of just raw eggs though, and it may cause gagging or vomiting. The texture is very thick and mouth-coating, so it's a little gross.

The only time I wouldn't do this is if your immune system is on a low or suppressed. If you are really antsy wash your eggs before you crack them and buy the freshest eggs you can get.

I don't like it on everything, I think it's disgusting on salads (it leaves a weird...residue on the leaves and makes it more oily than necessary), my SO eats avocados just by themselves sliced up with salt and it grosses me out, but avocado can be amazing in a good guacamole, or sliced in the middle of some grilled cheese. It's built up to be much more flavorful than it is when it works best complementing a stronger flavor.

Much like bacon, if you overuse something and put it in everything because it's "trendy" most of the stuff you make with it is going to be gross.

Any medicines or something that can make my tastebuds not shitty? For instance, I'll only eat pasta if it's got nothing other than napoletana or bolognese sauce, the only meats I like are specific chicken and beef schnitzels, strawberries but like strawberry flavored things, I only like apples, pears, bananas and watermelons as fruits, etc. Anything I don't like I can judge by smelling it then I know that I'll get sick or vomit if I even just but it on my tongue.

Is there a name for pure shit taste buds and is there anything that can (not permanently) change the tastes of most foods? Forcing it down and numbing my tongue don't work.
