The reason Culvers kicks most fast food burgers' asses is because it's right on the boarderline of what's considered fast food. Inside the restaurant they give you a number and bring it out to your table 5 or 10 minutes later when it's ready, and often in the drive through they have you pull forward and wait and they bring it out when it's ready since it's all made fresh. Not knocking Culvers though, I love their food

No, there is actual science in this, the fat in the pan amplifies the amount of fat that comes out of the burger, it's a chemical process.
