why?
you need no noodle sieve to remove the water
just put the lid on the pot and let the water out of a small gap.
the form of the spiral noodles lets the water drain out perfectly and doesnt block the water.

you can eat them with spoon or fork

im not him but in my experience cheap brands of pasta (noddles?) just tend to get that weird half gummy half aldente state in a heartbeat while better brands cook more evenly. I remember reading someplace it had something to do with the protein content or something of the flour used.
