Never happened to me. I use a pizza stone with the holes in the bottom. Just gotta watch it close I guess. always come out perfect for me.

ive noticed every frozen pizza is kinda shit in that sense though. one minute you'll look at it and it looks raw, one minute later it's fucking burnt.
