Have any of you fat fu/ck/s tried deep frying in ghee? If so, what did you deep fry and were you successful?

Yeah, I make a batch about once a month and I usually get it darker but today I was in a bit of a hurry so It didn't turn out all that great but it does have a pretty nutty flavor.

These are the scrapings. Like I said could have been a bit darker but it does the job and is a lot more flavorful than clarified butter.

that's the best part. Chewing and suckling on the thick curd is literally the most delicious part. Putting in some tissue paper and waiting for it to ferment is even tastier.
