Yes, it is. I meant not exactly that but the base always seems to be bread and then whatever else you put in, stock, vegetables, spices, but my question is - Why bread of all things? Moisten with the stock, add beaten eggs. Mix, and adjust for seasoning. It should be slightly saltly and a bit moist. Refrigerate overnight. Be sure to take out of fridge 3-4 hours before stuffing the bird.
