when scrambling eggs do you

A - beat them in a bowl and add to pan
B - add them to pan and beat them
if you say anything other than A you are wrong and should be killed.

I put crack them on the stove and flop them into a cold pan with no cooking fat in them, and beat them with a plastic turner spatula instead of a rubber blade spatula (I've never seen one of those before so I don't know how useful it is for this and don't care to learn), making sure to encrust as much of it as possible in egg, which i then allow to dry to a thick crust on the counter before putting it directly in the dishwasher so that it becomes pretty much impossible to clean.

I add exactly 3 Knorr Egg Stockpots™ and two tablespoons of Knorr Egg Seasoning™ to my boiling water. I then, reduce it to half the volume, add two onions with the skin still on, and my hopes and dreams. Then I freeze the seasoned water. After that, I serve with a garnishing of Knorr Pepper Stockpots™ deluded with my semen. People often ask me: Marco, why do you delude you Knorr Pepper Stockpots™ with your semen? The answer is simple: the saltiness and the pepper mix to create the perfect seasoning. Cook with Semen, it tastes great. You should try it.

Until about the age of 11 I thought they were called Scrabbled eggs, cos in scrabble you have mixed yellow tiles, and scrambled eggs are like mixed yellow eggs. I only discovered my mistake when in English class I had to read my daily routine and everyone laughed when I said I ate scrabbled eggs.

will you people shut the fuck up their 'english-style' scrambled eggs are almost identical - because that's what english-style scrambled eggs are. if there are significant differences in their skill levels, perhaps this isn't best demonstrated by watching them make scrambled eggs.

this circlejerk over 'ramsay-style eggs' pisses me off so much, you stir eggs in a pot, there is no one superior method you niggers, who decides what size the curds should be and how set the gel should be? you do you bellends.

neither jamie nor gordon are chefs anymore. why don't you talk about people who actually cook for a living if you want to play top trumps for fuck's sake.

i always have vine tomatoes and some sort of medium fat content dairy product in my fridge. and none of that stuff is an essential part of the recipe for scrambled eggs, they're just nice accompaniments.

Anyone who says B are just people who don't know how to cook eggs.

By the time you drop in the last egg, the first egg has cooked, leaving unmixed/overcooked egg white specks in the scramble.

And don't say you don't heat the pan before you scramble, cuz then your just wasting time waiting for the shit to heat up, when you could just use it to wash the damn bowl you use to mix the eggs.

Mix in a bowl to get a homogeneous mix of yolk/egg, clean the whole after you drop in your eggs. It's not fucking hard.

no

>And don't say you don't heat the pan before you scramble

it takes very little time for it to heat up if you don't have a shit burner

>when you could just use it to wash the damn bowl you use to mix the eggs

...which you don't have to do in this scenario.

How big of a pan should I have for scrambling eggs for one? All I have is 12 inch skillets.

Come to think of it, that's probably why I haven't made an omelet since I moved out.

I feel like if I scrambled eggs in a 12 inch skillet though, they'd end up really thin rather than nice and fluffy.

I probably should pick up just a simple 8 inch skillet since I don't have anything for omelets anyways.
