What's your xmas menu?

I'm looking for ideas, especially for veg sides.

I realise it's still November, but I have a couple of things in mind (like sous vide pork belly) that I want to give a test run before xmas day, for science.

I've done a beef tenderloin with red wine reduction sauce for the last 2 years. I just moved in my new home and will be having my first Xmas here with about 10 family members coming. I will be doing :

Cheeseball, summer sausage rolls and crackers
Raw veggies with cream cheese, sour cream dip
Cinnamon spiced nuts
Cheese, sausage dip with tortillas chips

A whole Strip loin
Country Ham and red eye gravy
Blue cheese, cream cheese mashed potatoes
Rice casserole with dried cherries and walnuts
Green Beans amandine
Asparagus and tomato stir fry
Croissant rolls with herbed butter
Probably a cherry pie
Chocolate torte or derby pie and fresh whipped cream

Water
Lienenkugels and Hamms beer
Wine
Bulleit bourbon
Sparkling welch's grape juice, cocktail for kids
