anything and everything can melt, not everything can be a solid, since there is a limit to how cold something can get (absolute zero). But there is no limit to how hot something can get. Every element can melt, even diamonds can be turned into a gas, as you might know, the hotter the element is, the more energy it has, the more energy the more likely its properties allow it to melt. So yes you can melt meat. Just don't expect it to look like meat anymore.
