I am getting super into sushi right now
Anyone have tips on ingredients to use such as brand of vinegar, rice or nori?
Also what's the best way to store prepared sushi rice?
Any advice is appreciated

Don't store prepared sushi rice. It doesn't keep well. Store plain rice only and add your seasonings right before using.
