would putting a scoop of pb in ramen be good, when to add it? to the water?

>> No.7021802

Ramen is pretty damn cheap. Buy some and experiment. Take detailed notes.

Why not, drain the noodles first once they're cooked and add in the nut butters.

Add fish sauce too. At least then you're slightly approaching a sort of Thai flavours influence you fucking muppet.

Yes it is just add it when the noodles get soft.

Cooking it in the water will give a peanut-y broth.

is that good or bad

>> No.7022550

I'd do it. However, after cooking, I'd try portioning off some to the side and adding peanut butter to that. If you're not worried about wasting a packet of ramen then just put a spoonful in after it's cooked. I'd try it with chicken.

>> No.7022556

I do it all the time, it makes the broth a lot thicker and peanuty. (Lots of noodle dishes include nuts, if thats what you're weirded out about
