I'm at college and the only cooking equipment I have is a shitty microwave

How can I eat healthy/make food that isn't frozen shit/not waste money on takeout?

I'd consider getting an electric pressure cooker. It won't be able to do everything a stove or microwave can, but it can do a lot. Most also double as slow cookers. A panini press isn't a bad idea either.
