Does anyone else hesitate to eat apples, because they are afraid they will eat the seeds by mistake? I like the taste of apples but it always seems like I will eat too much and swallow the seeds.

Unless you're eating dozens of apple seeds at a time you have nothing to worry about. I eat the seeds all the time. Your body will flush any hydrogen cyanide long before it gets a chance to build up.
