Mix it up with rice, brocolli, and cheese sauce. A variation could be pasta instead of rice.

One time i just browned half a "loaf" of meat right out of the styrofoam tray. little salt and pepper, browned, eaten with BBQ sauce.

Saute with oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, black pepper and a touch of sesame oil.

You can eat this as a taco with some crema in a tortilla or inside a lettuce wrap.

Or you could mix it with some ramen quickly stir fried in the beef drippings with mushrooms and have a great, quick noodle bowl.

Otherwise, lay on top some soft parboiled tofu, garnish with some fried onion and spare yourself some calories.

Meat patties with salt and pepper and baked or pan fried potato.

Make sure to thouroughly work the meat patties with your hands so that you get some good texture to eat and shit.

After meat patties and potato is done, drizzle meat pattie fat/oil on potato.

Millionbof (4chan won't allow the O with stroke for some reason).

Cook 2 tbsp of flour with 1tbsp of oil in a SS pan over high heat, stirring constantly with wooden utensil, until about a hair lighter than the colour of milk chocolate.
Add enough stock cube/powder to make 1 cup of stock as well as half of a finely chopped onion and 100g of lean beef mince and off the heat.
Cook by residual heat, stirring continuously until the hissing stops.
Re-up the heat to evaporate excess liquid released by the mince out from the flour mixture.
Add a half cup of low/no-sodium beef (or vegetable) stock/broth or just a half cup plain water, stirring vigorously to dissolve the flour mixture and distribute evenly throughout.
Allow to reduce to desired thickness, then stir in lots of fresh-minced parsley and serve over mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
Danish food is almost all brown. It's a very boring looking cuisine.

Mince curry.

Get a pot.
2 tblsp of oil. I use olive or coconut.
400 - 500 grams of ground beef
2 cloves of garlic
About a tblsp of ginger

Throw whatever you like in it...
Onions, potato, carrots, capsicum (red bell pepper), mushrooms etc. The more veggies you chuck in the less likely you'll need rice or bread for substance.
