I just got some ahi tuna steaks from costco, is there any way to cook this shit besides just searing it lightly on both sides?

I did the whole searing thing and then made a soy sauce based dipping sauce ot eat it with and I still found it kinda bland tbh

Mince parsley, zest a lemon, and add some red chili flakes and mix it up then roll your tuna around in it before searing

Add salt if thats still too bland but its super delicious even without sauce
