Literally the only good thing my mother ever made. Once in a while I treat myself to some Shake n Bake fried chicken in her memory. She's not dead, just in Florida. Which I guess is the same thing.

It's basically one of the staple foods in this house.

She buys good quality chicken and rather than making something good with it, using one of her ton of cookbooks, all she does is make fucking shake and bake.

And not even a good side dish. 90% of our accompaniments for meals is rice a roni or pasta roni.
