It's cured? Are you trying to say some euro-poor shit about how bacon should be completely raw?

Not trying to defend the picture, it looks gross. I can't imagine the bacon would be anything but soggy in there.

>>7001282
it's cured but it's still raw, you have to cook it. i don't see how that bacon could be cooked properly without the cinnamon rolls being over. unless it's shit-tier pre-cooked bacon.

>>7001282
You could par cook the bacon or have it sliced very thin, but that is more thought than I really wanted to put into it.

thick bacon is usually pretty bad for anything other than cooking it as-is and then putting it on/in foods after it's already cooked. The problem is that thick bacon takes a long time to cook so it's still soft and soggy when the rest of the food is done. for wrapping around things or adding to other foods the thin stuff is best.

there's a difference between being cured and edible uncooked, faggot. it's not a fucking salami.

uncooked and still capable of carrying pathogens and bacteria and labeled by the USDA FSIS as a food in which cooking is necessary for safety....is that better?

The fuck are you talking about you stupid fucking retarded faggot.

It's not raw by definition.
It is however, uncooked.

>> No.7001392

>>7001367
All food, cooked or uncooked, is capable of that. Cured food is much less prone to any sort of food borne illness than raw food of a similar type. So no, it's not better.

>> No.7001400

>>7001254
Why are you arguing about whether the bacon is raw or not. You have to cook those cinnamon rolls in the oven

>> No.7001405

Because the bacon is not going to get cooked nearly enough unless you burn the shit out of the rolls
