In the '80s, Prego told us that there was homemade taste in their sauce, and we believed them, because fuck if we knew anything about making sauce at home unless we were Italian.

Now, Prego is the absolute bottom tier of jarred sauces, below even Ragu. You wouldn't buy it if you could help it.

Idk, OP. I love watching commercials from my childhood, but as far as your post goes, my mom never bought jarred spaghetti sauce when I was growing up, she always made her own. I never even saw what Kraft mac and cheese was until I was in college and my roommate made some, because mom always made it from scratch. I guess I was just lucky. But thank god, because at least I learned how to cook and the value of knowing how to cook.

My wife used a breast pump, and our child. Breast produce milk according to need. If you hack the body into thinking the baby is eating twice as much as it actually is, floods of milk will come in. To all women unless they're birthdefects incapable of feeding their own young.

Also lactation consultants take a short certificate program they don't necessarily even need to be a nurse they just take a few classes so they aren't exactly the supreme experts in breastfeeding. Pumping actually decreases your supply and that is a fact if your wife produces milk like a Holstein good for her, but not every woman does.
