What are you eating? Wife is taking care of the turkey, so I was on dessert duty. Orange cranberry pecan loaf, Apple pie, and cookies for the kids.

I'm making salmon because it's just two of us and I don't feel like making a chicken or turkey.

Last year though, I roasted a chicken with stuffing (with chunks of ham and mushrooms), served with mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, cabbage salad, and cranberry sauce.

My family are all busy with the election so I just did everything.
