Salt and pepper.

Really no one said chives yet? fucking god tier with scrambled eggs.

Depends on what is left over. I usually never go out of my way to buy ingredients for them. There are always onions, garlic, bacon and sometimes cheese in my house. Peppers I don't buy that often unless my wife is cooking (she is Muslim and loves adding hot peppers to the food she makes). Sometimes I will throw in cream cheese and smoked salmon.

American cheese gets a lot of hate but you cook a slice or two in some scrambled eggs and wa la, the best eggs you'll ever have.

Poached scrambled eggs

1. Bring a decent size pot with a lot of water to a low boil.
2. Scramble a couple really fresh eggs with nothing added to them.
3. Make a whirlpool in the boiling water with a spoon and pour the eggs into the center.
4. Cover the pot and cook for 20 seconds.
5. Strain into a mesh sieve, don't pour water over the eggs.
6. Plate the eggs, put a pad of butter on top and season with sea salt/pepper.

Just a different method, eggs come out nice and fluffy. It's not any harder, messier, or longer to make them this way vs pan frying.
