This local place Seminole Subs has a good Steak and Onion one. It's basic but it's weird for a place to have good filling and good bread, usually it's one or the other.
One I can't find anymore is the Buffalo Chicken one. Messy shredded chicken with an actual spicy buffalo sauce. Put the little bit of bleu cheese on the second half.
