I'd rather not subject myself to a calorie dump, especially since I tend to have GI difficulties when I don't sleep.

The problem is I work nights, my schedule gets all fucked up during the week when my boss makes me stay later and later. Most people go out Friday night, my reward to ending the week is going to bed early.

It sucks I had a lot of things to do today, now I'm just going to sit in front of my computer with the blinds down all day.

some years ago one friend of mine told me to "breathing meditation" or some shit before sleep, try to focus only on your breathe etc etc, it usually worked out, but after some time my whole body would start to "vibrate" (wtf) and i always had the weirdest dreams. life is weird

iktf, I used to do deep breathing exercises/meditation to help me sleep. but like you said after too long I would get a weird vertigo feeling, a feeling like I was going to fly out of my own body or something
