Recently found this after having used regular Dave's Insanity for a few months.
It's much thinner, you don't have to shake the bottle with it, and it's just got a slightly different flavor than regular Dave's. Having them side by side and really trying to figure out which is spicier, I think classic Dave's wins for some reason.
I really wanted to like this Ghost Pepper one more but I have to use more of it. Will be trying the other ones now that I found a place that carries them.

I wont give you my exact recipe, but its Carribean style, so the main ingredients are Carrots, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Jalapenos and Onions. Also Garlic, Water, Red Wine Vinegar, and Brown Sugar

You dice your veggie ingredients, cook em down for about five minutes at medium or medium high, stick it in a blender and add the water, vinegar and brown sugar, blend it smooth, run it through a strainer, then cook it over medium low for 15 to 20 minutes.

You can look up recipes for ideas, and use them as a base to create your own. That is what I did.
