What can I make with all of these banana peppers besides use them for toppings?

They're great on sandwiches for some tang, especially with greasy Italian meats. Finely chopped they are OK for a replacement of relish for hot dogs, tuna salad. I've also had luck using them at dinner parties as a topping for those horse diver things... You know the little snacks on a tray.

I am 2-star official chef with "golden choice" distinction.

U can use those peppers for American diner style meatwiches and also for dessert garnish on cheese plate or mulberry pie or also make a spiced seasonal soupnout of them called Pumpkin's peppered soup with hot micropeppers and pumpkin meat and seasonal spices .

I use these tips weekly at my french style gastro house
