On average, I will give my kids maybe a hot fudge brownie sundae or a piece of pie of bday cake w/ice cream for breakfast maybe once a month. They have fun with it, and it kills the monotony of bagels, muffins and fruit smoothies.

The first meal is the best time to eat sugar so you have all day to burn it off.
