I like off brand vanilla Oreos. I like Oreo brand too but Oreos go for $3 or more and I can get twice as many off brands for half that.
Grasshoppers/Thin Mints are good too. I made my own last summer and I think I like them better with a less crunchy cookie though.

Those Ginger Lemon cremes are amazing. Crispy gingerbread with bite, and very fresh lemon peel flavor in the cream middles. I get heartburn if I have too many, too much ginger heat, I guess.

Jules Destrooper almond thins in that same "imported" area of the grocery are some of my favorites too. They remind me of windmill almond cookies, but more real butter flavor.

The new keeblers with basic wholesome ingredients have a decent shortbread, just wish they'd bring out a pecan version already.

Newtons are making some superthin lemon cookies that have bits of dried fruit. My dogs are crazy about them!

For pure indulgence, I'll sometimes get the wafer version of the Nutter Butters. A bedtime snack with glass of milk completes it. Also great with milk, and cookie-like are fresh from the toaster S'mores pop-tarts. They are pretty graham-y.

That's about it. I don't really like most prebought doughs and cookies as too sweet, when compared to homemade.
