What do you eat for breakfast?

I usually just eat a bagel with cream cheese or making a bagel sandwich with some cheese and an egg with a banana on the side with almond milk.

A smoothie with a bunch of shit in it.

>flax seed
>shot of flavored fish oil

Tastes pretty good and it's quick to make in my magic bullet (those things are amazing) and I just drink them at work.
