Leave it to the top 2 fast food pizza joints to not fucking sell deep dish pizza making me go all the way to shitty little sleazars to pick one up. Anyone feel me here? I know these pizzas aren't that great but sometimes you just want pizza quick even if it's not great, and these places throw out your pan pizzas, hand tossed pizzas and a shit ton of other options nobody likes but no fucking deep dish.

How much is a deep dish at Cesar's? If it's 5 like their regular ones, I've been making terrible decisions.

Yeah he's right they're 8 bucks.

But I like delivery because I order at work a lot where I can get food but I can't leave to pick it up so I have to settle for just regular pizza. Lame.

But it's not even deep dish, it's just double crust. I hate little Caesars and deep dish but come on folks, this shit isn't even food compared to even the lowliest of deep dish pizzas.

That's... a lot of cheese. But it's pretty accurate, at least compared to Giordano's.

"Detroit deep dish" ain't a thang, Detroit style just has a thick-ass crust. I mean in a literal sense it does use a deeper dish, but it's nothing like Chicago style deep dish. Detroit style also has the sauce on top of the cheese, which OP's pic doesn't have. Little Caesar's was founded nearby and is based in Detroit, so they're certainly familiar with Detroit style, and maybe that influenced the abomination OP ordered.

seriously why do people eat the abomination that is chicago style deep dish
it's an overhyped improperly arranged quiche
pizza is supposed to have the cheese over the sauce so it can be retained, and toppings are supposed to be on top so they can cook properly. and also they're called TOPpings, not topofbreadbutundercheeseandsauceings.

because it tastes good

The pizza joint near me has good pizza, but holy fuck is the advertising stupid. They specialize in thin crust, but have a new "deep dish" which is just standard crust.
