I don't follow

Anyway, make sure onion is fine chopped, tomato can be rough chopped but add the juice. I like half a can of olives.
And preheat oven to 400 or therabouts

Time to open 3 cans of tuna

I do say, it looks rather good. What was the oven temp and how long did you cook? Also whenever I make tuna, usually burgers, I season the shit out of it to kill the taste. Does it have a strong tuna taste?

I reccomend this with lots of cilantro and sour cream on top but i decided to save the sour cream to make onion dip out of a soup packet tomor

>>6851978
400 and like 10-15 min, i think
It has a slight tuna taste, but i like tuna. you can obviously make this out of shredded chicken or ground beef if you cook it up befoehand

Trader Joe's

>hashbrowns $1.99
>dozen eggs $2.49
>shredded three cheese $2.99
>white bread $2.49
>meat of your choice

Take three pieces of bread and cut holes in the center, fry eggs in the middle like pic related, put all off them in a bowl with the hashbrowns and meat and cheese, enjoy.

Great breakfast for a few days that will allow you to skip lunch. Season as needed.
