Start with 4 years of baseline depression

Ingredients:
250g pasta
500ml stock
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1tsp red pepper flakes
2tsp basil
1tbsp tomato puree
frozen spinach/sweetcorn
salami or other deli meat

>heat 2tbsp olive oil in skillet on medium
>throw in onions, fry for 5 mins
>throw in garlic, fry for 2 mins
>throw in garlic+pepper flakes+meat, fry for 2 mins
>add stock, tomato puree and pasta, bring to boil
>turn down heat to very low, cover skillet, cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 mins
>throw in frozen sweetcorn/spinach and some grated cheese if you want, stir it up
>leave 2-3 minutes for the heat to warm the veg
>eat

You can also add 100ml or so of cream at the end and change out the basil for cajun spice mix or something. Takes about 25 minutes to make and only results in one pan to wash up.
