its just like a frozen scrambled egg, msg, salt and tiny bit of veggie premix that comes in a big bag u defrost in micro then spoon out a spoon of the mix and one piece of nasty mcds American cheese. NOTHING really burrito or good about it. If u eat mcds in morning just ask for fried eggs and get s&p
