I was literally just stranded in Cattanooga last week. Car broke down on a saturday early in the morning and I rolled my ass off the highway into your town. Triple AAA picked me up, told me everything is closed on Sundays so I had to stay in a Day's Inn. The motel TV has AIPAC sponsored commercials about killing the Iran deal 24/7 kek. I grew up in Peoria, Illinois, and it's what I can only describe as a garbage city full of awful garbage people. My favorite place to eat was this little Mexican taqueria in a shitty part of town called 3 Reales. The fact that a fucking taqueria is the crowning culinary achievement of Peoria should tell you a lot about the place. A normal Friday night would consist of trying to score dope or booze and a place to consume said dope and booze. A real fucking Midwestern white trash hellhole, if you ask me.

no real place to eat in town. green olive is just a diner basically disguised as a fucking mid level restaurant and carmelos does decent sandwhiches. go to fairton and you got the best god damn red sauce available. i get the mozzarella half moons and its fucking nuts with the sauce. their sauce is so fucking sweet and tasty, and the owner goes up to every table during the night to ask how everyone is doing. it really is one of the few good things in south jersey. shame a lot of white trash fill the place on busy nights.

I've been getting the same order there for about 15 years now, and although the place took a dive when the Pancho himself died, it's back up to being delicious now.

The idea behind the sandwich is a good one, but the ingredients they use are pretty mediocre (meat options are generally low quality, bread is 'iconic' but just a shitty loaf of italian sliced up, tomato is generally mediocre as hell, but the cole slaw (no mayo) is actually the best part of the whole sandwich, and this is coming from someone who hates cole slaw)

Best eat is hard but there's lots of comfy cafés and small restaurants. The Fox and the Anchor has good pub-styled food but is a bit pricey. That sushi place behind the mall is great, too, but I always forget the name.

Friday nights I go out? Heh, I don't do that, but since it's a students town, most go to the student pub and get drunk off cheap beer.

Olympia/Lacey, Washington. A capitol city, so it's downtown area is decent enough. I like McMenamin's Spar cafe, and if not, there's a place that was called the Main Chinese Buffet that was renamed the Main Buffet (for whatever the fuck reason) that now has really surprisingly good sushi. Nothing special, but the rolls and sashimi are better than most generic jap joints around, and there's a lot of those.

It's no haute cuisine, but we have a pizza place called Ravis. It's a tiny little place but holy shit, do they have a huge menu.
It's hands down the best pizza I ever had, and they put so much fucking topping on it, the first time I bought a pizza there I honest to god believed they accidentally put a second pizza in the box, it was that heavy.

They have so many unusual things over there, it's really worth checking out if you're ever in town. It's even really cheap compared to how full you are going to be after one meal.

My hometown is Eaton, Ohio and my favorite place I think to go to was Jells, although their quality dropped hard.

I recently moved to Miamisburg, OH though and I don't really know what place I like to eat at, since I'm so new here. I love sushi and I ate at Fusian which is like a sushi place in the style of subway or something, I don't know. Small as fuck portions and very expensive though.

Love going to Left Bank Burger Bar. Best burger I've ever eaten, and it's a ten minute walk from my apartment.

If I'm not going to NYC or to my friend's by the shore, there are a couple of ok Friday night spots. Iron Monkey for good beer, Porta for skanks and dancing, Grove Square for cheap drinks. Zeppelin Hall is a fun idea, but it's a little steep, and it's always 90% full of finance dudes in suits just out of the Goldman Sachs building

we have a fuckton of mexican places. I usually walk up to the rancheritos by my place and get giant deep fried bean and cheese burritos when im really drunk. We mostly just have chain shit unless you go deep into salt lake city. There isa place called chicken express or st like that that has a kickass buffet but beyond that its dry.

Also the locally owned coffee shop across the street from starbucks is ten times better and cheaper.
