To the chefs of /ck/, what are your current hopes and dreams for the future?
Me, I think I'd like to open up a small bakery in a rural Japanese town. Something seems so calming about getting up early in the morning, getting ready to make melon pan and cheesecakes.

I'd like to open a bar. Public house type of feel. Bring your own shit in for a two dollar flat rate. Great kitchen in the back serving American bar food until close. Low light, packed juke box, wood and leather furnishing, dive type specials (can of beer plus a shot of well liquor). It's just the place I'd like to visit one day
