Toast pecans in a dry frying pan. When they cool put them on an attractive serving dish. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with sea salt and ground fennel seed. Serve.

Rum roasted pecans over vanilla ice cream, maybe find a way to do it without the oven.
Use good vanilla ice cream and some dulce de leche sauce.

melt chocolate into a pan, let cool, cover in pecans, melt some caramels, and pour that over the pecans. let cool. eat and enjoy being a fatass.

well guys I ended up making some candied pecans using a nonstick skillet

recipe called for 1/2 cup of brown sugar, dash of cinnamon and salt and some water + a cup of pecans but I probably ended up adding an extra half cup because of the excess glaze it made
