first time on /ck/

im a supermarket butcher/fishmonger, and today i went on a meat skills course, was very imformative, and afterwards, i got some free meat

some sirloin beef, lamb leg steaks, lam leg roasting joint and 3 bits of lamb shoulder like pic related.

any good things i could do with the shoulder, its still got the bone in and id be up for most things.

ive got the fish skills course tomorrow, and hopefully will get some free fish to try too

put a nice dry rub on it (salt, pepper, paprika, old bay, oregano, and whatever else you feel like), a stick of butter on top, oven 350F for like 30-40mins. take it out let it rest for like 10-15mins and then slice and enjoy.
