Life had got me down this morning,

So I made some good ol' Texas mac'n'cheese, sauce from scratch. The cheesy goodness alleviates some of my suffering.

TBH most pasta is pretty pleb. It's usually the least interesting part of whatever meal it's a part of. A two-ingredient meal featuring bland pasta and some other shit is bound to be simple and uninteresting. You might as well just eat cheese straight up. There's a reason that children like Mac and Cheese so much. It's simple, comforting, and it has no complex or challenging flavors. It just puts you into a soothing carb coma and doesn't actually taste good.
