Dark soy
Sweet soy sauce (get pic related)
Fish sauce
Chili bean
Teriyaki
Hoisin
Gochujang

Augment with sesame oil, vinegar, garlic/ginger, sugar/honey and whatever other ingredient as needed for flavor.

1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
6 tablespoons canned chicken broth
2 tablespoon soy sauce
4 teaspoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 teaspoon corn starch
Salt to taste

Right on, there is definitely plenty to work with here.
I kinda wish I thought to add honey myself, and can't wait to try that.
