Why do minorities alwayd get their steaks/burgers/eggs/pork/everything cooked well done? Brown people mainly

because of poor folk "wisdom" basically (and this comes from experience of being this economically destitute) you were taught by your mother to cook shit all the way through because you didn't know if it was good or not because it was the cheap cuts, or because it was old, or because they're mom did it that way because no fridge, so there, its passed down bullshit from poor person to poor person, some people garner a taste for that, I never did... once I grew up and learned how to cook I showed my mom we didn't need to burn and dry out our steaks and chicken and eat them with ketchup... it was a revelation to her.
