I like all fries except when the goddamn line cook fucks it up and does let them dry out/crisp up before serving them.

Worst culprit is Five Guys, the fries always end up soggy and flaccid after going it the bag.

they have the perfect crunch. not too much as if you were chewing on rocks, but not too much give either. like a puffed up waffle fry in the shape of a happy little smile. they also have the perfect crunch-to-mash ratio.
