I eat with the fork in my right hand and knife in my left. Feels more comfortable to cut with the left hand even though I'm right handed.

I have sames. However table etiquette is not really about finding the best way to consume your meal.

It's really more of a way for the proper classes to differentiate themselves from the uninitiated peasants.

You eat continental style. My parents are Italian for example so I do the same thing. My friends whose parents are Canadian switch hands when cutting.
