I don't actually do DNP, although I browse /fit/ quite a bit. My most sincere advice is to avoid it at all costs. In terms of weight loss, it beats any supplement/diet by far. On the flip side, if you take too much you will probably die. To overdose all you need to do is forget that you took your pills so that you end up taking 2x as much in a single day, and that puts you over the edge where your body overheats. If you still want to take the risk, there are daily DNP threads in /fit/.
