Ok I am sick of everyone arguing over which diet is the best so I am going to start doing all of them.
Mondays I will be vegan
Tuesday I will fast
Wednesday I will be paleo
Thursday will be low fat.

I still need three days to go. What other fad diets can I fit in those slots?

Lots of cabbage and pickled vegetables
Pierogi, Pirozhky, Sausages, Rye bread
Salo to put on bread
Vodka and kvas instead of water
Open top sandwiches for breakfast
Sprats in oil, pickled herring
Smoked fish, caviar, salo if you want a delicacy
Ice cream is acceptable for dessert sometimes
Squats and running every day

Think about it though

I used to do a Sushi Saturday, Japanese food only with sushi for dinner. Most of it was very healthy. For variety I ended up learning to make different foods that I didn't know about too. TKG, raw egg over rice for example I'd never heard of but it was easy to make and actually really good.

Don't do one diet a day. That's not going to tell you the true effects of the diet. Just do one diet for a while, maybe a month or two, record how it made you feel/how much weight you lost or gained, and then move on the the next one. Then you'll know which diet works best for you.

That might defeat the purpose of what you're trying to do though idk
