Looking for a good very hot sauce that isn't a meme and can pair well with most foods. Something between 50-100k scoville should suffice.

Got a bottle of Cholula and a bottle of the Yucateco green in my cupboard right now.
Both excellent sauces. The Cholula is for general use, eggs, potato, fried chicken, anything which warrants the slightly vinegary hot sauce. I also like it because it's a bit thicker than tabasco, makes for a slightly more covering sauce. The Yucateco is for when I need some spice on my food, and for adding heat to curries or chilis if I don't have fresh or frozen peppers.
