It's a common misconception that mayo is what's going to go bad first in a mayo based salad. I would say it's because of the bit of egg in there, but I'd guess most people at OP's work couldn't even tell you what mayo is made out of; it's just a weird misconception that mayo is going to spoil like milk if left out for an hour.

I was about to chime in with my praise of caesar salad being best salad, but that looks like a pretty sad caesar to me. Is there any dressing on there at all? Cheese? It's obviously not ultimate caesar which includes chicken. Can't see bacon or egg either.
