How do I activate my almonds?

You soak them and then you either put them in the dehyrdrator or your oven on the lowest temp until they're dry and crispy.
Does it do anything? There's some evidence it might make them easier to digest. But is it woefully better or healthier or unlock le super nutrition? No.

I like the texture, though. Although a similar one can be achieved by storing your nuts in the fridge and hardening the monosaturated fatty chains. Tbh I'd probably activate all my nuts were it not so annoying and electricity-wasteful, but weighing the lack of evidence against the resources used... Totally not worth it.

Also the other day I saw a bunch of activated but milks. Made me laugh like a crazy person because all but milks are activated. Activation is just soaking in water. Nuts milks are all just nut particles suspended in water.

If I had to guess the idea behind activating your almonds is to lower the phytic acid content of the nuts by soaking them in water, pretty valid since phytic acid is bad for you but unless you're eating a pound of almonds a day I can't imagine it would be a problem.

I send them off to California. They have the best water for activating almonds. I insist they use fresh water for each almond. So nothing gets cross contaminated.

What? I've been eating soaked and peeled almonds all my life. My mom used to soak 'em because neither she nor I preferred the taste with the skin. In India I'd say more than half the people eat their almonds soaked overnight and peeled. And it has nothing to do with activating them.
